New Kraken CEO Says Crypto Exchange Won’t Be Registering With the SEC: Report

The incoming chief government of crypto change Kraken reportedly says that the agency has no plans to register with the U.S. Securities and Alternate Fee (SEC).

In response to a brand new report by Reuters, Dave Ripley, who will take the place of present CEO Jesse Powell, says that Kraken received’t register with the SEC as a market middleman or delist tokens the regulatory company has deemed to be securities.
